The Season Between Seasons

If you know me, you know I’m a black and/or white kind of girl, but because of the many dimensions to my style…when I color…I like to color loud.

I appreciate living in a part of the world were I get to experience the variety that a change of season brings. I like to call this space the “season between seasons” which I find can be very forgiving. I still get to embrace super bright, playful hues and textures that express energy and vitality while bridging the gap as Summers bright colors naturally give way to the warmer tones of Fall.

This Sheer Organza Bomber couldn’t be more fitting for a 78 degrees afternoon spent outdoors at the Charlotte International Arts Festival.
Corduroy that’s lighter than jeans.
All and all my ensemble made for a very comfortable afternoon spent listening to music in the biergarten.
I thought the Sky of Bubbles installation at CIAF this year was fun…it reminds me of the Floating Umbrellas.

Thanks for visiting…and remember…”Your expression always leaves an impression!”
